When you register as NSLax, here's what to expect.

1) You complete registration on the site and submit.

2) The site emails you to confirm that you're a real person and not some spambot — click the confirmation, which sends back to the NSLax site.

3) When the site is satisfied that you're flesh and blood, it alerts the admins that your registration is ready for review. At the same time, your profile image (which is required) is sent for review.

4) Within a matter of days, one of the admins will click "Accepted" on the admin portion of the NSLax site; this sends 2 emails back to you: 1) congratulates you on being registered completely and 2) tells you your image has been accepted for publication at NSLax (this will be how all your pictures get onto the site).

5) You return to the NSLax site and log on using the user name and password you have selected.
